Account Deletion Request

We understand that you may want to delete your HelperNexus account. This page will guide you through the process and explain what happens when you delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • • Your profile information and personal data
  • • All your helper profiles and associated information
  • • Task history and schedules
  • • Messages and communication history
  • • Payment information and transaction history
  • • App preferences and settings

Before You Delete Your Account

📋 Please consider the following:

  • • Download any important data you want to keep
  • • Complete any ongoing tasks or commitments
  • • Cancel any active subscriptions
  • • Settle any outstanding payments
  • • Inform your helpers about the account closure

Alternative Options

💡 Consider these alternatives before deleting:

  • Deactivate temporarily: Hide your profile without losing data
  • Update privacy settings: Limit data sharing and visibility
  • Contact support: We might be able to help resolve your concerns

Data Retention Policy

After you request account deletion:

  • • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • • Personal data will be deleted within 30 days
  • • Some anonymized data may be retained for legal or safety purposes
  • • Transaction records may be kept for tax and legal compliance (as required by law)

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Through the App

  1. 1. Open the HelperNexus app
  2. 2. Go to Settings → Account Settings
  3. 3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. 4. Follow the confirmation prompts
  5. 5. Enter your password to confirm

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

support@helpernexus.com

Include the following information:

  • • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • • Your registered email address
  • • Your full name
  • • Reason for deletion (optional)
